Every artisan goes through a 3-step verification: Ghana Card identity check, hands-on skills assessment, and portfolio review. Only verified artisans appear on the platform. This is what makes Nsaboa different.
QHow does the escrow payment work?
When you book an artisan, your payment is held securely by Nsaboa. The artisan only receives payment after you confirm the job is done satisfactorily.
QWhat if I'm not satisfied with the work?
You can raise a dispute through the platform. Our team will review the case and mediate a fair resolution.
